THE SPA AT AVA: The Resort Credit applies to all services on the wellness menu. A service fee will be applied to treatments according to your contract or current promotion.

THE ALLEY BOWLING: Applies to select services. Bowling is not included in the all-inclusive package. Service fee will be applied according to your contract or current promotion.

Resort Credit is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. A 35% service charge applies to all services or activities. Information subject to change without previous notice. Unused credit due to weather-related cancellations is non-refundable. To qualify for resort credit, bookings must be made directly through this website. Book 3 nights-stay and get free round-trip transportation for 2 guest on shared basis from Cancun International Airport to AVA Resort Cancun. Extra passenger can be arranged upon request and will incur an extra charge. This complimentary transportation applies to reservations made between 4 days and up to 6 months prior to the check-in date.

To confirm the transportation service, please contact us by emailing vacationmakers@avacancun.com at least 96 hours before the arrival date with your booking information: full name, hotel name, airline, flight number, date and time of arrival, and number of passengers. This promotion applies only for the first and second kid or teen sharing the room without charge. Children's ages must be reported in the reservation and proof of age will be required upon check-in.
