Inclusion Resort Credit

Get 200 in daily Inclusion Resort Credit per room per night, or enjoy Unlimited Inclusion Resort Credit when you book a stay of 7 nights or more. Resort Credit can be used for spa treatments, golf, and tours. This offer applies to new and existing reservations. A 35% service fee applies to all credits redeemed. The resort credit applies to all nights of the reservation, as long as the arrival is within the offer's selected dates. Resort credit applies to the mentioned activities only:

SPA: Applies to the regular menu and is subject to availability. It is not combinable with or applicable to other spa discounts or promotions. Applies exclusively to elemental services, subject to availability. Does not apply to SIGNATURE services or services with special promotions or discounts.

GOLF (restrictions apply): Applies towards green fees and shared carts. Additional services are available at the golf course, but they may not apply to this promotion. It is not applicable for products at the Pro Shop or for golf rounds at the regular price. Golf rounds include green fees, twilight fees, and junior fees; all other fees are excluded. The resort credit may not be used for equipment rental, extra rider fees, or other charges. Subject to space and availability. Round-trip transportation to the golf course is not included, and it is not applicable with credit. It may not be used for tournament play.

LASER TAG & BOWLING: Valid for select services only and subject to availability. Available daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Kids & Teens Stay Free

Promotion applies for ages 4-17. Children and teen’s ages must be notified on the reservation, and ages must be accurate at the time of travel (proof of age will be required upon check-in). If ages are incorrect or the traveler is over 17 years of age at check-in, the difference in the rate will be charged upon check-in.

Round-Trip Transportation

Free round-trip transportation for 2 adults on a shared basis. This exclusive promotion is available only for direct bookings on our official website and does not apply to groups, third-party bookings, weddings, discounted rates, special rates, or tour operators. Additional guests will be charged the regular rate. Book now and experience a hassle-free arrival and departure with our complimentary transfer offer! Free transfer for two applies for new reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights. This complimentary transportation applies to reservations made between 7 days and up to 6 months prior to the check in date. Book within this window to take advantage of this benefit.

At least 7 days before the arrival date with your booking information: Full name, Hotel Name, Airline, Flight Number, Date and Time of arrival, and number of passengers. Early Check-in & Late Check-Out

Early check-in is subject to the guest’s arrival time, with every effort made to accommodate room assignment at the earliest possible time upon arrival. Pre-check-in through the hotel app is mandatory. Guests must provide their estimated arrival time during the pre-check-in process. Late check-out may be extended until a maximum of 5:00 pm, subject to availability. Early check-in and late check-out for Suites are subject to availability at the time of arrival.

AVA Fun Pass

The Fun Pass includes one (1) Laser Tag session, one (1) Bowling game, and one (1) Baseball Simulator experience for up to two guests per stay. All benefits may be redeemed once per stay and are non-transferable and non-cumulative. Valid for stays of three nights or longer.

Activity reservations must be requested via email at vacationmakers@avacancun.com. Reservations may be made prior to arrival or during the stay, subject to availability.

Reservations can be canceled without penalty up to the day of arrival before 3:00 pm (Cancun local time). Cancellations made after 3:00 pm, no-shows, or early departures will be subject to a penalty equivalent to 100% of the total reservation amount.
