French-born Chef Michel Mustiere brings more than 30 years of experience and creativity in the art of Nouvelle Cuisine, along with a love and knowledge of Mexican flavors, textures and ingredients that enrich his culinary creations. Since 1993, he has held the title of Maître Cuisinier de France, an honor bestowed upon just ten chefs in Mexico and fewer than 500 across the globe. Chef Michel is also an active member of the Academic Culinaire de France, representing the best of French cuisine in Mexico.
